Why are you charging me extra for a revision?

What's happening: You are attempting to request a revision on your order and it is prompting you for payment, but this seems confusing because you read on our site that revisions are complimentary.

Answer: While we offer free revisions, they do have require a 3-day turnaround for completion. As stated in our revision policy in our terms and conditions, expedited revisions are subject to a fee. This charge is not for the revision itself but for the expedited turnaround of the revision to ensure that the writer who works on the revision is fairly compensated for the time they put into it.

A revision request that falls outside the scope of the original order instructions may also require a payment to complete.
