My requested writer declined or isn’t available. Can I get a refund for the extra 15% that I paid?

What's happening: When you placed your order, you paid the extra 15% to have your preferred writer assigned to it, but that writer did not claim it for some reason. You would like to know if you can receive a refund for the additional 15% paid.
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the requested writer fee. If your requested writer does not claim your order you will automatically receive:
- An order upgrade to the graduate writer pool (usually an additional 20% charge).
- A special 10% code via email as an apology for the inconvenience.
