How do I communicate with my writer?

What's happening: You are trying to chat or talk to your writer, or upload additional files for them.
Answer: Ultius offers a messaging interface where you can chat and exchange files with your writer. Just view your order and click the Messages tab to compose a new message.
- From your client portal, view the order and navigate to the Messages tab.
- Read and write messages to and from your writer (and upload files).
- Open the Ultius app from your Android phone or tablet.
- If you are not on the Orders view, tap the icon on the top-left.
- From the drawer menu, select Orders.
- Tap the order associated with the writer you want to communicate with.
- Swipe to (or tap) the Messages tab.
- Read and write messages to and from your writer (and upload files).
For your privacy and security, please avoid sharing personal information with your writer (such as credentials, names, phone numbers, or email addresses). If you sent a message with personal information, please contact our support team and we will remove it for you.
