How do I extend the deadline of my order?

What's happening: You would like your writer to spend more time with your order or simply don't need it delivered as soon as you originally thought. You would like to know how to extend the deadline of your order.
Answer: The Ultius website allows you to change your deadline to a later date by clicking the link in your order details. Your order will be delivered at the same time as the original deadline, but on your newly selected day.
- Open the web browser on your computer.
- Navigate to https://my.ultius.com and log in using your email address and password.
- Click the order that you wish to extend.
- Click the "extend deadline" link next to the due date in your order details.
- Choose a new day from the drop-down calendar in the new window.
- Click "YES, I CONFIRM" when you are sure you have the required day selected (this cannot be undone).
Unfortunately, our Android app does not have this functionality yet. We're working on it as quickly as possible. Please check our Android app release notes for details on this upcoming release.
If you have changed your deadline, you will see your old deadline crossed out in the order details and your new deadline posted below it. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds based on voluntary deadline extensions.
