Why did I get an invalid discount code error message when trying to place my order using my discount code?

What's happening: You are trying to place an order on the website but when you enter your loyalty code, you receive an error message and the discount code is not applying to the order.
Answer: There are several reasons as to why you may get an error message while entering a discount code on the order page.
The most common reasons include, but are not limited to:
- The code was entered incorrectly.
- The code has expired.
- The code has been used on a previous order.
Please note that most codes are one-time use only. If you are still having issues applying your discount code, please contact the Client Success team and they will be happy to assist you.
