Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Chrome
Go into your settings and always allow Javascript on the ultius.com domain
1. In Chrome, click Customize and Control on the top-right of your browser window.
A loaded dropdown menu will appear with lots of options.
2. Click Settings - it's near the bottom.
You are now on the master settings page
3. Type javascript in the search box on the top-right of the settings page
As you are typing, you will notice that the contents of the page are changing. Under the heading Privacy, click on Content settings... - a yellow box with your search term will appear underneath the button.
4. In the Content settings popup, the third heading down will be Javascript highlighted in yellow.
Click on the radio button that says Allow all sites to run Javascript (recommended).
5. After you have made the correct selection, click Done on the bottom-right side of the screen.
6. Go back to this page (my.ultius.com) and click either the Reload button in your browser, or F5 to refresh the page.
After you have done that, Javascript will be enabled and the page should load correctly without the warning gate.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in MS Edge
Edit the group policy for Microsoft Edge in the Windows Components settings folder tree
Heads up. Many users are reporting that Microsoft enforces the usage of Javascript in their latest browser and there is no way to even disable it. As a result, you may not be able to find the settings we are listing below.
1. In Windows, click the Start button and type Edit Group Policy in the search box. Click the only result to open the Local Group Policy Editor folder (what a name, right?).
2. Expand the User Configuration folder.
3. Expand the Administrative Templates folder.
4. Expand the Windows Components folder.
5. Click the Microsoft Edge folder.
6. Double-click the Allows you to run scripts, like Javascript setting.
7. Choose Enabled, then click OK to confirm the setting.
8. Restart the Edge browser and try reloading my.ultius.com. Javascript should now be enabled and you should not see the warning gate.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in MS Internet Explorer
Access your Internet Options to enable Active Scripting
Heads up. Microsoft stopped supporting Internet Explorer version 10 and below on January 12, 2016 (read why). We strongly recommend upgrading to a faster and more secure browser like Google Chrome. If you upgrade, you can enable Javascript in half the steps it would take with IE.
1. On the top-right of IE click the Tools (gear icon) menu item and then Internet Options towards the bottom.
2. In the popup, click the Security tab, then the green globe that says Internet below it.
3. Click the Custom level... button at the Security level for this zone heading area.
4. The Security Settings - Internet Zone popup should be visible. From the Settings heading area, scroll down to Scripting towards the bottom.
5. Under Active scripting, click the Enable radio button.
6. Once scripting is enabled, click the OK button at the bottom of the popup.
7. A Warning confirmation box will come up. Click Yes.
8. Click OK on the Internet Options popup.
9. Close out of Internet Explorer completely (all tabs) and restart the browser.
10. Go back to my.ultius.com and Javascript should be enabled. In rare cases, you may have to restart your computer for the changes to go into effect - really sorry about that =/.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Firefox
Access the about:config settings page to toggle 'enable.javascript' to 'true'
1. Open a new tab and type about:config in the address bar (then press Enter).
2. You will see a This might void your warranty! security warning. Click I accept the risk! to proceed.
3. You should now see a table list of text with obscure setting names. In the search bar at the top, type javascript.enabled.
4. Under the Preference Name table heading, find javascript.enabled. Under the Value heading, you should see false.
5. Right-click on javascript.enabled and select the toggle option to change the Value to "True."
6. Close the about:config tab, reload my.ultius.com, and Javascript should now be enabled.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Opera
Go to the Settings menu to 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript'
1. On the top-left of the browser, click the Menu icon next to the Opera logo. From the dropdown menu, find Settings (usually at the bottom).
2. Alternatively, you can just type ALT+P to get to the settings page.
3. At the top will be a search box that says Search settings. Click your cursor there and type javascript into the box.
4. As you type, the page will change to isolate the Javascript heading with some radio buttons below.
5. Click on the Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) option.
6. Close the Settings tab, reload my.ultius.com, and Javascript should now be enabled.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Safari for Windows
Go to Settings > Preferences > Security and Enable Javascript
Heads up. We don't mean to be nosy about your browser choice, but Apple stopped supporting Safari for Windows with version 5.1.7 in the summer of 2012 (read why). We strongly recommend upgrading to a faster and more secure browser like Google Chrome. Using a browser as old as Safari without security updates from the vendor is a major risk, so please consider upgrading as quickly as possible.
1. On the top-right of Safari click the Gear icon (settings menu) and then find Preferences towards the bottom of the dropdown.
2. In the popup, click the Security tab.
3. Under the Web content heading, find and click the Enable JavaScript checkbox (ensure that it's enabled).
4. Close the popup and then Reload the page (my.ultius.com).
5. Javascript should now be enabled and you should not see the Javascript warning gate anymore.

Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Safari for Mac OS
Click on the 'Safari' app menu > Preferences > Security and check the 'Enable JavaScript' box
1. Open Safari on your Mac and click the Safari menu on the top-left of the screen (next to the apple logo).
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Preferences.
3. Click the Security tab in the middle.
4. Under the Web content heading, check the box that says Enable JavaScript so that it's blue with a white check mark.
5. Exit the settings and reload my.ultius.com again.
The page will refresh and the warning gate should be gone.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Google Chrome for Mac OS
Click on the 'Chrome' app menu > Preferences > Search for 'Javascript' > Content settings > Javascript and check the box to enable it
1. Open Chrome on your Mac and click the Chrome menu on the top-left of the screen (next to the apple logo).
3. You are now on the settings page. In the search bar at the top, type Javascript. The contents of the page should begin filtering.
4. At the bottom of the page, click on Content settings - it should have a yellow box below it with the search term you entered.
5. Half way down the page, find and click on JavaScript.
6. Under the heading that says Blocked click the gray slider so that it's blue and the label says Allowed (recommended).
7. Exit the settings page and please try reloading my.ultius.com again.

Chromium OS (Chromebooks)
If you are using a Chromebook (made by Google), you should click the Windows tab > Chrome and follow the instructions there because they are similar.
Unlisted operating systems
If you are using an obscure and otherwise unlisted OS, we probably don't have the steps required listed anywhere on this page, so you'll have to do a quick search using the Google link we prepared for you below:

Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Safari for iPhone
Go to the Settings app, scroll down to Safari, click Advanced and check Javascript on
1. Start by going to the Home screen on your iPhone, then open the Settings app.
2. Scroll down to and click on Safari.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and find Advanced. Click on it.
4. Toggle the option that says JavaScript so that the slider is green.
5. Go back to my.ultius.com and Refresh the page.
Javascript should now be enabled and you should not see the warning gate.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Google Chrome for iPhone
Click on the menu ellipsis icon (top-right) and click Request Desktop Site
Heads up. Javascript is enabled by default on the Chrome browser and there is no setting to turn it off. Follow the steps below to request the desktop version of the site.
1. While having the website open in Chrome, click the Menu icon on the top-right of the screen.
2. In the dropdown menu, click the Request Desktop Site button.
3. The page should refresh and you should not see the warning gate.
What browser are you using on your Android device?
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Google Chrome for Android phones
Click on the Menu ellipsis icon (top-right) and then Settings > Site Settings > Javascript and check the slider so it's blue
2. In the dropdown menu, click the Settings button.
3. Scroll down the menu and click the Site Settings button.
4. Scroll down the menu and click the JavaScript button.
5. Click the slider so it's blue and make sure you can see Allow sites to run Javascript (recommended) below the heading.
6. Click the Back button on the top-left three times until you are back on my.ultius.com. Click the URL bar and then Enter to reload the page. The page should refresh and you should not see the warning gate.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in the default browser for Android phones
Click on the More or menu ellipsis icon (top-right) and then Settings > Content (or Advanced) settings and check the box where it says 'Enable JavaScript'
Heads up. Depending on what version of Android you are using, the default browser may be called either Browser or simply Internet.
1. While having the default browser open, click the Menu (or More) icon on the top-right of the screen.
3. Click the Content settings or Advanced button.
4. Click the Enable Javascript checkbox so that it has a check mark on the right.
5. Exit the settings page and return to my.ultius.com. Reload the page. The page should refresh and you should not see the warning gate.
Follow the steps below to enable Javascript in Internet Explorer for Windows Mobile

BlackBerry browser
Heads up. Newer BlackBerry devices run Android. For these instructions, start the device selection process over and click on Phone > Android to see the steps. The instructions below apply for older Blackberry devices.
1. Open the BlackBerry Internet browser.
2. Click the Menu button.
3. Select Options.
4. Find Web Content and check Enable JavaScript.

You are using a full desktop version of Windows. Navigate to the Desktop > Windows tabs and select your browser to enable Javascript.
