How do I change my dial-in PIN?

What's happening: You are trying to change the four digit dial-in PIN associated with your Ultius account (what is the dial-in PIN?).
Answer: To change your dial-in PIN, you will have to edit your profile and select a new PIN.
- Open the web browser on your computer.
- Navigate to https://my.ultius.com and log in using your email address and password.
- From the main menu, click Profile.
- Click Edit Profile on the bottom of your screen.
- Update the value for the Dial-in PIN field with your new code.
- Click Update at the bottom of the screen once you are done.
- Open the Ultius app from your Android phone or tablet.
- Tap the icon on the top-left.
- From the drawer menu, select Settings.
- Tap the Change PIN Code field.
- Click the blue Change PIN button.
- For security purposes, enter your current password and click Submit.
- Update the values for the PIN fields with your new code.
- Click Submit at the bottom of the screen once you are done.
You have now successfully changed your dial-in PIN. Please remember that you will have to have this PIN in order to speak with our support team about your orders.
