If I’m not satisfied with the order, can I get a refund?

What's happening: You have received your final draft and you feel that it did not meet your expectations or that it may not have followed the instructions that you provided and you would like to know if you can receive a refund for the order.
Answer: If for any reason you feel that your order did not meet your needs, we do ask that you request a complimentary revision for the order so the writer has the opportunity to address any concerns that you may have. You can see how to place an order into revision here.
