I received my order but need further changes made

What's happening: You have received your final draft and have some changes that you need your writer to make. Alternatively, you are unhappy with the writing you received and want to know your options.
Answer: If you need changes made to your order after you received it, please request a revision by clicking the orange revision button located on the Drafts tab of the order view.
You have seven days from the completion of your order to request a free revision. If this time period has passed, the revision request option will not be available and you will have to place a new order.
To request a revision, please follow the steps below:
- Log into the client portal on my.ultius.com.
- From the My Orders page, click on the order # link.
- Click the Drafts tab.
- Click the Request Revision button and fill out the form.
Unfortunately, our Android app does not have this functionality yet. We're working on it as quickly as possible. Please check our Android app release notes for details on this upcoming release.
Ultius writers will complete free revisions with a three-day turnaround time. Terms and restrictions do apply, so we recommend reviewing the Revision Policy. Change requests or urgent revisions required in less than three days may incur a fee.
