• Messages Bug Fix

  We fixed an issue that prevent messages with .docx files from sending through the mobile app.

• Ultius Android App V2.0

  Ultius is pleased to announce an update for its Android app (available now on the Google Play Store). Here are the main upgrades:

  • Place an order entirely through the app with our quick and easy ordering process.
  • Get push notifications for messages sent by writers and admins for quicker updates.
  • Choose the dial-in PIN frequency to be every 24 hours of five minutes with new profile security settings.
  • Various other minor enhancements and bug fixes.

  We've been looking forward to making ordering and communicating with your writer even easier with the app. Important note for Ultius writers–this app only supports client accounts, so you won’t be able to log in and use the app.

• Fixed user login issues

  Some users reported issues logging in, even with the correct credentials. We deployed a fix and users should no longer have trouble logging in.
