How do I submit extra files for my writer?

What's happening: You need to provide instructions, resources, samples, or some other type of file for your writer to use in completing your order and want to know the best way to get these files to the writer.
Answer: Files can be attached to messages in your order. This accommodates most file types and sizes and your writer will be able to see and download any attachment that you can see posted in the messages.
- Open the web browser on your computer.
- Log in to the client portal at my.ultius.com.
- Navigate to the Active Orders page.
- Click the order number for which you wish to post a file.
- Click the Messages tab.
- Click the +Upload Files button.
- Type a message explaining how you would like the file(s) used.
- Click the Send Message button. You will see the message posted with your attachment(s) when it is complete.
Unfortunately, our Android app does not have this functionality yet. We're working on it as quickly as possible. Please check our Android app release notes for details on this upcoming release.
